“Shiny to the bone” was inspired by the light and energy we have inside us. Inspired by my own experiences trying to find that light and realizing that we first have to look inside to understand some things. What we share beyond that should be just love. I first saw it as a strong symbol, what made me think: what else we go to the bone? What else we stand for it? The idea of a collection was born then, as so the creative process.

I was already mixing small self made stamps on my paintings. So I thought should be interesting turn the idea around and make a big stamp from the original artwork and stamp it over different backgrounds and concepts. The rubber stamp was made using laser engraving, in fact 16 hours just that part. The collection is now exhibiting at GO Gallery.
